Artwork Description
This set of illustrations was created for an anthology of fairy tales called Kako dolg je čas (How long is time), written by Mate Dolenc. The stories are divided into two parts: land and sea. I created textures and patterns in ink that portray these landscapes and then cut the shapes from them. Cutting gives lines a different life—I like “drawing with scissors” a lot.
