Molly is a little mole who likes to make clay sculptures. One day, she created a sculpture which looked very similar to herself. The sculpture surprisingly came to life, and from then on, they became good friends. Molly the Mole used a combination of clay sculpture and photography to tell the story. All the mini dolls, mini furniture in the photos were physically made before filming.
Molly picked a basket of small seeds and was about to go home. Molly's home is deep underground.
Every day, Molly makes various clay sculptures, and clay is her best friend.
