Madame M is a very shy lady with no friends; her dread of interacting with people limits her to speak only to objects. She lives all alone, until one snowy day, a peculiar looking cat arrives at her door. He becomes her guest and she enjoys his company. The discovery of his special abilities enables them to become close friends. He is a rare kind of cat with nine lives who can speak, read and do other amazing things. They share a passion for stories, the past and beautiful objects.
