Artwork Description
The main idea I wanted to develop in this visual project was that reading formed a core leisure element in everyday life. Books are enjoyed by every living creature, animals, humans and even aliens. While working on the cover for the festival's catalog, I tried to take into account 2020 tendency of self-isolation and lockdown. The characters were portrayed sitting and reading in their cozy apartments united in one big house which was a book itself.
