Steven Guarnaccia (USA)
Professor Emeritus, Parsons School of Design
He has worked for major magazines and newspapers here and abroad and has created murals for Disney, watches for Swatch and greeting cards and drawings for the Museum of Modern Art. He is the author of books on popular culture and design including Black and White. He has written and illustrated children’s books about design, including The Three Pigs: An Architectural Tale. His latest books are The Story of Pasta, Interior Desecration and The Museum of Nothing. His exhibition, Fatherland, has been exhibited in Bologna, London, Barcelona, Berlin, and NY.
Li Min (China)
Senior Editor, Visual Centre of China Daily
Li Min, graduated from the Department of Visual Communication at the Academy of Fine Arts, Tsinghua University, currently serves as a Senior Editor at the Visual Centre of China Daily and as the Chief International Front Page Illustrator. She was also the Art Director for the opening and closing ceremonies of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics. A member of the China Artists Association and the Binding Art Working Committee of the China Publishing Association, Li Min is a professional judge for the National Illustration Biennial Exhibition and a judge for the CIAC National Illustration Support Program. She has received the China News Award four times and the Excellence Award at the SND International News Design Competition, among other accolades.
Birthe Steinbeck (Germany)

Birthe Steinbeck is currently Art Director at Süddeutsche Zeitung Magazin creating it together with a team of talented designers while collaborating with some of the world’s best creatives which has earned her numerous recognitions. Prior to joining SZ, she focused on design at several agencies in New York. Steinbeck has also established Studio Steinbeck renowned for its content-driven design ideas through all mediums. Besides that, Steinbeck lectures at universities and has juried across Europe and US.
