This story is a sequel to “Counselling for Toads: A Psychological Adventure.” The counsellor-client relationship was once one of the warmest and most powerful connections in my mind, but someday it might face unexpected challenges. Layered trauma can become a long-term obstacle or an opportunity to address certain issues with oneself. Ms. Toad must make a choice for herself.
