Artwork Description
This series of paintings is based on Su Shi's Ode on the Red Cliffs as the textual foundation, and uses visual storytelling to translate the poetic, philosophical, and situational elements in the lyrical prose poem. Using a combination of traditional ink painting and modern media techniques, it presents the romantic atmosphere and philosophical reflections of Su Shi's night tour of the Red Cliffs.
